Offering Support Alternatives
At Handicapable, we want to provide the understanding among the disabled that grief is a normal and healthy response to their physical limitations, while also recognizing that each individuals limitations has its own unique hurdles and obstacles to overcome.
With the assistance of Purdue University's, Outreach Program, our hope is to connect caretakers and individuals that have physical limitations with resources in the community that can assist them in achieving their goals....big or small.
Hence, changing their attitudes from handicapped to handicapable.
We are located in Peru, Indiana and are here to serve our local Miami County, Indiana community by providing resources and important information.
