Our Mission Statement
We want to provide the understanding among the disabled that grief is a normal and healthy response to their physical limitations, while also recognizing that each individuals limitations has its own unique hurdles and obstacles to overcome. With the assistance of Purdue University, our hope is to connect caretakers and individuals that have physical limitations with resources in the community that can assist them in achieving their goals...big or small.
Hence changing their attitudes from handicapped to handi-capable.
Our vision is to encourage individuals with disabilities to gain strength, confidence and independence, as well as to obtain employment, exercise and participate in recreational opportunities they never realized were possible.
