But He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.2 Corinthians 12:9

2. Advertising: Alan will go to radio station to confirm that they are saying Free Admittance and $5 to eat to clarify that it is not $25. Pepsi will drop off additional banners and Alan will pick them up and hang them. T-shirts are done and need picked up on Thursday.
3. Chad Shrock wants to be inside. He needs a table to set up his music boxes on and will set up around 10:00. He would like tables for people to sit around and watch him, but this is probably not going to be possible, as we need to keep the area clear for the Rugby. We should talk to him on Saturday about setting up outside under a canopy so that he can be where all of the activity is.
4. The ONLY parking allowed inside on the blacktop area is the handicapped parking. Everyone else is to park outside on the grass. Gail will be in charge of stopping people from driving/parking where they are not supposed to.
5. Schedule of Event Changes: Loretta Lynn Impersonator will play from 3:00 - 3:45. Blue Grass Buddies will play from 4:00 to whenever. CASI will need extra time to cook and we will tell them when they check in that they can have an extra 1/2 hour. Judging will start at noon. Rugby practice will be from 1:00 - 2:30 and Pay to Play will be at 2:00.
6. Eva will treat the bands to refreshments and she will set those up in the restaurant area.
7. Wendy's donated napkins, spoons and small chili cups. Mike will get all of the 2 oz. tasting cups and more spoons from Sam's tomorrow.
8. Kate and the youth group will bring a moon walk and other activities from 12-4.
9. The Miami County Fire Association will be bringing the Smoke House from 11:30 - 4:00.
10. Ron has the garbage bags and Ashley is now in charge of trash pick up.
11. Ashley will bring 5 gallon buckets for grease. Mike will bring 3 gallon buckets for individual cooking area grease.
12. Mike will get small pumpkins for vote tickets.
13. We will possibly have a hot dog vendor.
14. Ginger is in charge of setting up the judging area and explaining to the judges how the voting works. Lori is in charge of getting 10 judges. We do NOT want this to be all Handicapable members (they will ONLY fill in as needed), so Lori will determine who the judges are. They will be there at noon.
15. Eva is in charge of band set up. It was decided that all of the bands (except Chad) will be outside and near the festivities under canopies.
16. The Chamber has 11 canopies we can borrow. Alan will pick them up before Friday. They will be used for: Bands, Nick: shirt/hat selling and raffle stuff, Craig: music equipment, Judy: ticket sales and the rest are available for cookers to use on a first come/first service basis.
