The meeting opened with prayer by Mike.
Attendees: Jeff Morehead, Mike Hines, Herschel Gulley, Lori Holderman
Treasurer's Report: Current balance is $1480.00
1. Office Space: St. John's Lutheran Church has offered Handicapable an office by the main entrance. The price will be approx. $150/month (not lower than $100/month and not more than $200/month based on our ability to pay this sum each month.) This includes utilities, 1 phone line, handicapped accessibility (parking, entrance and restrooms) and use of other facilities (gym, cafeteria). Jeff made a motion to accept their proposal, seconded by Herschel.

c. March 28th is Chicken Noodle Carry-out (advance sales tickets and posters are available). *Previous Notes: Chicken noodle carry out from 1pm to 5pm at the Lutheran School on March 28. Gail will print the tickets and have them numbered. She will keep track of all ticket sales. All items will be donated so we will have a good profit this year and the money will help us for our operational expenses. Eva will get the help together. The noodles will be made the day before at the Lutheran School.
3. Fundraiser/Mystery Dinner: *Previous Notes: We set a date with Pat Piper for a Mystery Theatre at the Lutheran School April 18th, 7pm to 9pm with snacks and veggies, chocolate and fruit. We supply snacks, location, set up tables and chairs and clean up. Pat will do the theatre and she will charge $200 for the play. We have a limited number of 50 seats so we need to promote sales and find out the total cost of snacks to determine the cost of tickets.
